1. About these terms

This website is operated by Case Takumi, LLC ("Case Takumi," "we," "us"). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must have reached the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.

3. Products and images

Product photos are for demonstration only. Printed artwork, colors and finishes may differ from what you see on screen, and trading cards and slabs shown in photos are not included. We describe which slabs each case is designed for, but slab dimensions can vary between grading companies and over time.

4. Pricing and orders

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders placed at a price that was clearly listed in error, orders we suspect are fraudulent, and orders that exceed quantity limits. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.

6. Your cards

Our cases are accessories. We're not responsible for damage to or loss of cards, slabs or anything else you place in them.

7. Trademarks and affiliation

Case Takumi is an independent company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Bandai, Toei Animation, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures, GAME FREAK, Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA), Certified Guaranty Company (CGC), or any other trading card publisher or grading company. All third-party names, characters and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the cards and slabs our products are designed for.

8. Our content

The site's design, text, photos and the Case Takumi name and logo belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false or abusive content through our forms.

10. Disclaimer

Apart from what our Refund Policy covers, the site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Case Takumi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collin County, Texas, and you agree to those courts' jurisdiction.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date posted on this page.
